SALES AGREEMENT

Conditions of sale, $200.00 deposit will hold a pick order on any open litter of pups. All deposits are refundable and transferable if we cannot provide a puppy from the litter the deposit was left on, less the expense of returning the money. All puppies will be selected by pick order at or about five to six weeks of age and must be paid in full by the seventh week. Any shipping cost are also to be paid by purchaser and need to be paid for by 8 weeks of age. Any delay in receiving of certified funds would delay shipment and possibly incur addional expense. We provide the crate, the Veterinary examination and letter of acclimation for Airlines at the purchasers expense as part of the shipping cost.  Shipping costs usually do not exceed three hundred twenty five dollars on a puppy under 20 lbs.  All funds need to be postal money orders , Visa, Master card, and other options are available through PayPal, or some other certified funds.  We realize that special circumstances sometimes arise and we are willing on a case-by-case basis to work with you to resolve them for prompt shipment of your new puppy.

Guarantee

All puppies are guaranteed for one year against DJD, (Degenerative Joint Disorder). Leg, spinal, joint, or muscle injury does not constitute DJD (Degenerative Joint Disorder) or degenerative muscle or spinal disorder. (i.e. I hurt my shoulder in a football game and it has never been the same.) This does happen, especially if the dog is worked out or even just at play, injury can occur. It requires treatment and sometimes a great deal of expense; and some times the dog is never the same again.   Malnutrition can also cause muscle and joint problems and a variety of other symptoms and ailments. We therefore guarantee only life threatening genetic ailments.  Diseases such as Parvo and skin ailments are typically contracted in the environment.  If a dog is not properly immunized or its immune system is not properly maintained by healthy food and exercise it is more likely to catch and be affected by disease.   Stress is one of the major factors of low immune systems in puppies.   We guarantee pups 14 days from ship date against parvo, mange and like disorders.  If a puppy comes down with one of these in the first two weeks from ship date it probably originated with us. However, the new owner is to prevent exposure until shot cycles have been given and immunity has been established.  Therefore, all contracted ailments are not covered except for the 14-day period listed above.  We offer a replacement puppy after receiving vet proof of existing life threatening genetic disorder or DJD up to one year of age at same value as originally purchased.  If puppy is to be replaced original dog must be shipped back to us at our discretion.  All shipping fees and crate are at the customers expense.  All medical expenses incurred are the responsibility of the owner or person in possession of the dog. Failure to give proper medical treatment Voids all warranty. Incomplete payment also voids warranty.  We do not guarantee your dogs desire or ability to breed.  If a puppy is specifically purchased for that intent we will honor its replacement under the forgoing conditions if it is genetically or through some other birth defect un able to reproduce.  All pups are sold as pets and no other ability or personality traits are guaranteed, expressed or implied.
